Sock Pony and Her Sock Monkey

Last Christmas I made a sock monkey pony for my Grandma, because she has made hundreds of sock monkeys and bears for all of her siblings, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids(I have at least 4 of various sizes)...and there are a LOT of us!! [link]
Well, earlier this year my grandparents moved...for the first time in nearly 50 years! My aunt Judy orchestrated the move, which involved the tossing and donating of a majority of my grandparent's stuff... a maneuver and attitude which earned her the nickname of "The General"...
At any rate; when I went back west to visit a few months ago, there was a list of things that my grandma was upset about not being able to find...and I searched all of the boxes and closets for these things with no luck. Among the missing was my grandma's old address book, her sock monkey pony and her box of 'inspiration' pictures she saved for future paintings. (my grandma is an amazing artist)
Since I was unable to find the pony I made her; I decided to make her a new one for Christmas this year. But I didn't want to make it exactly the same. So I decided to make her similar; but softer.

She has been re-rooted with 'marshmallow' from dollyhair.
her texture was done in a light grey and silver (rather than the dark grey of the previous) and her nose and rear have a dusty pink instead of a red.
Her eyes are in the same pink.
Her little monkey friend is sculpted with apoxie sculpt and painted in the color scheme of the previous pony; dark grey and red.
